Thank you for your support:

The effects of living on the street can be devastating on an individuals’ wellbeing. For our most vulnerable patients, struggling with existing physical / psychiatric conditions and/or disabilities the consequences of chronic homelessness can be fatal. PHC’s clinic is the first line of defense for these individuals and for all community members in need.

PHC’s staff are trained to interact respectfully with every patients and our providers are aware of many of the barriers and discrimination individuals experiencing homelessness face daily. Because of these considerations, PHC’s patients feel safe and comfortable to speak honestly about their health.

Improving the lives of our vulnerable community members reduces the burden on local hospitals through lower rates of hospitalization and reduced utilization rates of emergency services, improving the health, safety and vibrancy for everyone in our community.

Thank you for your support.
