- Primary Care: Family physicians see children and adults of all ages. We provide some diagnostic testing by special arrangement with community laboratories.
- Psychiatry, Counseling, Therapy: Psychiatrists and counselors provide an array of services including medication, care management and therapy.
- Dermatology Care: Specialty physician sees patients for skin problems.
- Intensive Case Management: The Santa Clara County Full Service Program (FSP) offers “whatever it takes” services to enable those with multiple psychiatric hospitalizations to live independently in their communities.
- Stanford Law Team, Disability Analysts: Assists clients in applying for Social Security Disability, other benefit programs, and appeal representation.
- Prescription Drug Programs: Help obtain low cost medication programs.
- Social Services: Assessment and referrals to community services and linkages.
- Wellness, Job Skills Classes, Special Events: Groups and classes are offered including a vocational mentoring group, yoga, and chemical health.
- InnVision Shelter Network Courtyard: A day drop in center which provides daily access for laundry facility, showers, and bathrooms. Free daily lunch, breakfast, snacks and special event dinners are provided at no cost.
- Dental Care: Santa Clara’s County’s Mobile Dental Van comes each Wednesday. No cost arrangements with community dentists for qualifying clients teeth restoration.
